artist statement:

From my experience with all materials available there has been a divination of the potential of light, both natural and synthetic. This has been an interaction of natural phenomena, contemporary processing of necessary media, alchemy of material, self expression, poetry, and the mercurial possibilities of all this.

These works are all predominantly site specific. 'Light sculptures' which take the site, space and its location as its main directive in conjunction with my own personal interests and concerns, particularly current scientific research and breakthroughs and how this may affect a post millennium world in an urban environment.
