SPECTRUM III is the third in a series of exhibitions exploring the diverse use of light as a medium in contemporary artistic practice. Each artist approaches the various aesthetic challenges of light in stunning and diverse ways exploring the creative potential of light to express ideas and emotions, creating surprising encounters. Light is used not only to enhance and illuminate but plays an integral part within the role of each work to engage with issues such as the natural world, phenomenology and globalisation.
